Get the pack · US$6Not every practice has to be for the hard moments. Some days we just want something to lift the day a little, on a walk or in a few minutes of stillness.
These are affirmations, and the mind doesn’t always go along with them. It might argue. That’s what minds do. So each track starts with a little tip: notice the thought that disputes, put a hand on your heart, and say to yourself, ‘That’s a nice affirmation.’ Then let the words carry on.
The words are mostly about gratitude and accepting yourself as you are, set to uplifting music, with plenty of space between the lines.
There are four tracks. Three come in a full and a shorter version, and the fourth is a short mix of lines from the others.

Grateful for Gratitude

Full version · 7 minMicro version · 5 min
For a morning, or any time you want to notice what’s good. After the hand-on-heart tip, the affirmations are all about gratitude: for waking up each day, for sunrises and sunsets, and for ‘the little micro-moments of meaningful connection’. It ends with ‘Everything is already here.’ The full version goes through the affirmations twice, adding ‘I am grateful for all that is coming.’ The micro version goes through them once.
Acceptance and Expansion

Full version · 11 minShorter version · 7 min
For accepting yourself and opening up to the day. It starts with ‘I choose to accept myself as I am in this very moment,’ then gratitude for food, water and shelter, for the animals in your life and the people who accept you. There’s compassion for anyone who feels they’ve lost at life, and noticing synchronicity ‘in the numbers’ and ‘in the stars’. The full version goes through it all twice. The shorter one goes through once, with a short close.
Excited for What’s Coming

Full version · 8 minShorter version · 5 min
For looking forward. These are short, bright affirmations, such as ‘I am radiating gratitude’ and ‘I am ready to receive’, with plenty of music around each line. There’s a reminder that you’re ‘a spiritual being, having amazing human experiences’, and it ends with ‘In this state of meditation, things seem more possible.’ The full version goes through the affirmations twice. The shorter one goes through them once.
A Compassionate Connection
5 min
For when you want a short mix of everything here. After some music, the lines come from across this pack: giving your body the right to be here now, gratitude for what you already have, and compassion for people who feel they’ve lost at life. You accept yourself ‘with a pause and a soft connection to my beautiful breath’. It ends with ‘This universe is ours.’
