For Rest That Restores
Welcome. These sleep meditations are here for the nights you need real rest. Get into bed, find your favourite sleeping position and let the music carry on after the words. Tap play to listen, or download any track to keep on your phone for bedtime.
For nights when you need to feel safe enough to let go. You picture a place, real or imagined, where you’re always at peace, and can invite someone in, even someone no longer with you. Any message from there ‘can only be a message of kindness and love’. Then you rest in the stillness and drift on slow, kind phrases, floating in ‘this kind, loving and spacious place’, with 852Hz tones underneath. The shorter version leaves out the middle section, and the short one skips the safe place too.

For sleep when you need to feel held. It opens the same way as My Kind, Spacious Place: picturing your safe place in fine detail, inviting in an energy that has your best interests at heart, then resting as the ‘silent witness within’. The music is different, with 639Hz tones underneath, and so is the ending. After ‘This space is here for me. I am here for me’, it closes sooner, on ‘It all happens as we drift away’, without the floating section.

For ending the day kindly. You start by appreciating the little things that went well today, then feel the steady pull of gravity holding you as I count down from ten to one. You rest in the stillness, watching thoughts come and go as streams of words. Then your attention turns to the breath, and you speak to it like an old friend: ‘You’ve been with me all my life… Dear breath, I am with you.’ It drifts off with 528Hz tones underneath.
